Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Requests

A cancellation request may be submitted to contact@psource-lab.com before an order enters fulfillment. Include the order number and account email. A request is not effective until confirmed in writing by Peptide Source.

2. Orders in Fulfillment or Shipped

Orders that have entered picking, packing, label creation, carrier transfer, or shipment may no longer be cancelable. If return eligibility remains available, the customer may request a return after delivery under the Refund and Return Policy.

3. Compliance Cancellation

Peptide Source may cancel, hold, or refund an order when purchaser qualification cannot be verified; intended use appears inconsistent with RUO requirements; information is incomplete or inaccurate; or fulfillment creates legal, regulatory, fraud, safety, export, shipping, or payment-processing concerns.

4. Refund Timing

When a cancellation is approved after payment capture, the refund is issued to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the financial institution.
