Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Review

Orders are subject to purchaser qualification, payment authorization, inventory confirmation, and compliance review. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

2. Fulfillment Timeline

Accepted in-stock orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. Weekends, holidays, compliance review, address verification, documentation requests, payment holds, inventory conditions, and carrier disruptions may extend processing time.

A shipping estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. If a materially longer delay is expected, we will contact the customer at the email associated with the order.

3. Carrier Transit

Carrier transit begins after the package is accepted by the carrier. Available services and estimates are shown during checkout when supported. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier and may change.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate deliverable address. Contact contact@psource-lab.com immediately if an address correction is needed. Corrections are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

5. Restricted Destinations and Export

We may restrict or refuse shipment to jurisdictions, persons, entities, or destinations that create legal, regulatory, customs, carrier, sanctions, export-control, safety, or payment-processing concerns. International availability is not guaranteed and requires order acceptance.

6. Tracking and Support
