Welcome to Peptide Source. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website, products, and services operated by P Source LLC, doing business as Peptide Source ("P Source Lab," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Research Use Only

P Source Lab supplies products exclusively for legitimate laboratory, scientific, analytical, educational, or research purposes.

All products offered through this website are intended solely for Research Use Only (RUO). P Source Lab products are not intended for human use, veterinary use, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or administration to humans or animals.

The products are not offered or represented as drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, medical devices, consumer health products, or replacements for approved medical products. P Source Lab does not market, recommend, or represent its products for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease or any medical condition.

2. Researcher Eligibility

Access to purchase is restricted to individuals and organizations capable of conducting legitimate laboratory or scientific research.

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory or research purposes.
• You will not use, administer, or provide any product to humans or animals.
• You will comply with applicable federal, state, local, institutional, laboratory, biosafety, and research requirements.
• You will not resell, redistribute, advertise, or market products for human or veterinary use.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Purchasing requires an account and purchaser qualification. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identity, organization, contact, billing, shipping, and intended-use information.

We may request additional information or documentation concerning the purchaser, organization, laboratory, or intended research application. Qualification may be approved, denied, suspended, or withdrawn at our discretion when necessary for legal, regulatory, safety, fraud-prevention, or payment-processing reasons.

4. Product Information

Product names, catalog identifiers, specifications, photographs, material format, net contents, purity information, certificates of analysis, and other technical information are provided solely for legitimate research procurement and laboratory purposes.

Product information does not constitute medical advice, treatment guidance, dosing instructions, reconstitution instructions, or instructions for human or veterinary administration. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their lawful research application and for maintaining appropriate laboratory controls.

5. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as a representation that any product:

• Diagnoses, treats, prevents, cures, or mitigates disease or a medical condition.
• Promotes weight loss, wellness, cosmetic, athletic, physical, or performance outcomes.
• Replaces a prescription medication, approved drug, or medical treatment.

P Source Lab does not provide medical advice and does not establish a physician-patient, veterinarian-client-patient, or other clinical relationship.

6. Regulatory Status

Products are offered as research-use-only materials and are not represented as approved or authorized drugs for human or veterinary use. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchase, possession, handling, storage, transport, export, import, disposal, and research use comply with applicable law and institutional requirements.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to purchaser qualification and compliance review. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted only after P Source Lab issues an order-acceptance or fulfillment confirmation.

We may request additional information and may decline, cancel, hold, or refund an order when intended use appears inconsistent with RUO requirements; information is inaccurate or incomplete; the order creates legal, regulatory, fraud, safety, shipping, export, or payment-processing concerns; or the purchaser appears to intend human or veterinary use.

8. Prohibited Uses

Customers may not use, administer, distribute, promote, advertise, or resell products for:

• Human or veterinary consumption or administration.
• Clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, personal health, wellness, weight-loss, performance-enhancement, cosmetic, or aesthetic purposes.
• Disease diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention.
• Replacement of prescription medication or approved medical treatment.
• Any purpose inconsistent with legitimate laboratory or scientific research.

Customers may not remove, conceal, obscure, modify, replace, or alter RUO labels, lot identifiers, safety statements, or other product labeling. Customers may not re-label or repackage products in a manner suggesting human or veterinary use.

9. Resale and Distribution

Resale or redistribution is prohibited unless separately authorized in writing by P Source Lab. Any authorized resale or redistribution must remain consistent with RUO designation and applicable law.

Authorized resellers are responsible for ensuring that their labeling, descriptions, advertising, customer qualification, and promotional materials do not represent or facilitate human or veterinary use. We may terminate sales to any customer or distributor whose activities are inconsistent with these Terms.

10. Marketing and Promotional Materials

Customers, partners, distributors, and third parties may not use P Source Lab trademarks, product names, images, descriptions, or other materials to make medical, therapeutic, weight-loss, performance, cosmetic, wellness, or other prohibited claims.

Unauthorized representation of products for human or veterinary use is prohibited and may result in account termination, order cancellation, and withdrawal of permission to use P Source Lab intellectual property.

11. Payments

Payments are subject to authorization, verification, and the terms of the applicable payment processor. We may place a transaction on hold or cancel or refund it when information cannot be verified or when the transaction creates a fraud, compliance, legal, regulatory, or processor concern.

Customers agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to contact contact@psource-lab.com promptly to attempt to resolve a billing concern before initiating a payment dispute. This does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, processing, delivery estimates, restricted destinations, address requirements, and carrier procedures are governed by the Shipping and Fulfillment Policy and Lost or Damaged Shipment Policy incorporated into these Terms.

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information and for ensuring lawful purchase, possession, importation, transportation, and research use in the destination jurisdiction.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund and Return Policy. Cancellation requests are governed by the Cancellation Policy. Eligibility depends on order status, product condition, integrity, and the circumstances of the request.

Opened, used, altered, relabeled, contaminated, improperly stored, or otherwise compromised products are not eligible for return except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Product Handling, Storage, and Disposal

Customers are responsible for proper handling, storage, transportation, testing, and lawful research use after delivery. Products must be handled only by appropriately qualified personnel using suitable laboratory procedures and safety practices.

Customers are responsible for determining and following appropriate controls, protective measures, storage conditions, waste-handling procedures, disposal requirements, and institutional protocols. Products must be disposed of in accordance with applicable environmental, hazardous-material, institutional, and local requirements.

15. Customer Records

Customers must maintain records reasonably sufficient to demonstrate lawful acquisition, custody, storage, research use, transfer, and disposal when required by applicable law, institutional policy, contract, or accepted laboratory practice.

Upon a reasonable compliance inquiry, customers agree to provide non-confidential information sufficient to verify continued adherence to RUO requirements, subject to applicable law and legitimate confidentiality obligations.

16. Accuracy of Customer Information

Providing false, misleading, outdated, or incomplete information concerning identity, age, organization, laboratory affiliation, intended use, payment, billing, or destination may result in order cancellation, refund, account suspension, or termination.

17. Export and International Restrictions

Products may be subject to U.S. export controls, sanctions, customs rules, carrier restrictions, and destination-country requirements. International or export orders require prior acceptance and may be unavailable for certain products, persons, entities, or jurisdictions.

Customers may not export, re-export, transfer, or make products available in violation of U.S. law or other applicable law. Customers are responsible for permits, licenses, declarations, duties, taxes, and lawful importation unless we agree otherwise in writing.

18. Intellectual Property

Website content, trademarks, logos, product images, text, graphics, and designs are owned by or licensed to P Source Lab unless otherwise identified. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, services, and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. P Source Lab makes no representation or warranty that a product is suitable for a particular research application unless expressly stated in a signed writing.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes medical, clinical, diagnostic, veterinary, or therapeutic advice. Applicable statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P Source Lab and its officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website, purchase, possession, handling, storage, transport, disposal, or research use of a product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable grounds.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless P Source Lab and its officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or unauthorized use, administration, distribution, resale, labeling, marketing, export, or disposal of products.

22. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, withdraw purchaser qualification, cancel pending orders, or refuse future orders when we reasonably believe a customer has violated these Terms or engaged in activity inconsistent with RUO requirements, applicable law, safety expectations, or processor requirements.

23. Privacy

Collection and use of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy. Information submitted for purchaser qualification may be used to verify eligibility, prevent misuse or fraud, maintain records, satisfy legal obligations, and administer orders.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a claim, each party agrees to provide written notice describing the dispute and allow at least 30 days for a good-faith informal resolution, unless urgent injunctive relief or applicable law requires otherwise. Notices to P Source Lab must be sent to contact@psource-lab.com and the legal-notice mailing address below.

Subject to non-waivable rights and any valid written arbitration agreement separately accepted by the parties, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
