Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made from P Source LLC, doing business as Peptide Source.

1. Return Eligibility

Because research materials require controlled handling and product-integrity protections, returns are accepted only with prior written authorization. A request must be submitted to contact@psource-lab.com within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

To be eligible, the item must remain unopened, unused, unaltered, in its original sealed packaging, with all labels and lot identifiers intact, and must have been stored and handled according to the unopened-material information supplied with the product.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for return:

• Opened, used, punctured, reconstituted, altered, relabeled, or repackaged products.
• Products with removed, concealed, or damaged RUO labels or lot identifiers.
• Products that were contaminated, improperly stored, or exposed to unsuitable conditions after delivery.
• Products returned without authorization or outside the approved return window.
• Products purchased for, associated with, or suspected of human or veterinary use.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Report a damaged, incorrect, or missing item to contact@psource-lab.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, description of the issue, photographs of the outer package, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected product when applicable.

If the claim is verified, Peptide Source will provide, as appropriate, a replacement, refund, or account credit without charging return shipping.

4. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are refundable only when the return results from our verified fulfillment error or when required by law. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a refund.

5. Return Authorization

Do not send products back without written instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Contact contact@psource-lab.com for a return authorization and the correct return destination.
